The cleaning and maintaining of any drainage system has many benefits the problem with the cost of maintenance is you can never see the benefits, you can only see the problems and damage that arises when drains block due to the lack of it.

3/ CCTV surveys of drainage systems.
Over the past 20 years CCTV survey equipment has like any other electronic devices reduced in cost and increased in reliability. So all our vehicles are equipped with CCTV look-see systems as standard.

4/ High pressure water jetting and CCTV combination
• Can be used for the removal of tree roots and other obstructions.
• To access blind branches to clear blockages.
• To prepare pipes for repair and relining i.e. trenchles technology.
In conjunction with each other high pressure water jetting and close circuit television can be used to remove most obstruction from drainage pipes from tree roots to concrete and scale.
With nozzle technology and CCTV we are able control and steer jetting hose into blind branches to clear blockages.

5/ Excavation and repair.

With the increase in no dig technology the need for excavations is becoming less and less and in certain situations. It can be a good alternative to excavations were an excavation would cause a great deal of inconvenience for the customer / tenant. But we as a company we feel that this is temporary and in most cases with domestic drainage carry out an excavation.

6/ Flood damage limitation on properties.
• The removal of water caused by burst / leaking water pipes or back flow from drains.
• Supplying de humidifiers and heaters to dry and remove moisture from properties.

The removal graffiti can be carried out with chemicals, abrasive and manual methods. The most important thing is it is carried out as soon as possible as offensive graffiti can often the lead to more or vandalism.

 

9/ The cleaning of moss from.
• Pathways.
• Communal areas.
• Yards.
• Walls.
• Car parks.
High pressure water jetting can be use to remove moss and dirt from these areas with out using chemicals. The areas can then be treated with inhibitors, that will not stop but slow down the re growth. As well as making these areas look cleaner it removes the slip and fall hazarded
